We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The soundproofed windows worked well, despite the pub opposite. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, and the living room space was good. We appreciated the proper curtains and the good water pressure in the shower. The location was excellent, with several tube stops just minutes away. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely lovely, with elegant and comfortable furnishings that made me feel right at home. The general areas were meticulously maintained and offered a peaceful ambiance, perfect for senior people like myself who appreciate a serene environment. The accessibility of the hotel was excellent, with easy ramps and spacious elevators that made it convenient for senior travelers to navigate around the property.
I would have loved if the children working there were a bit more attentive and proactive in anticipating the needs of senior guests. Perhaps a little more assistance with luggage or offering extra support when needed would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to the nearby tube station and plenty of theaters just a short journey away. The apartments are beautifully clean and well-maintained, with modern appliances and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the bathroom facilities are top-notch, with a great bath and shower.
There is an extra charge for internet service, which can be disappointing for guests who expect it to be included with the high price of the accommodation.
